SlikWeb collects minimal customer data necessary to provision infrastructure, process billing, and safeguard our global network. This includes contact details (name, email, organization), billing tokens, and network telemetry logs (IP connection timestamps).
2. Customer Server Data Privacy
SlikWeb does not inspect, sell, or monetize customer data residing inside provisioned storage volumes or memory. Your encrypted files, databases, and application secrets remain under your exclusive control.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Upon service termination or deletion of compute instances, underlying NVMe block storage sectors are securely zeroed out according to NIST 800-88 cryptographic sanitization standards.
4. GDPR and International Compliance
European and international customers can choose strict data locality by provisioning instances exclusively in our Frankfurt (FRA1) or London (LON1) datacenter regions.
