Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cloud Servers & Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on monthly Cloud Server and Virtual Private Server (VPS) subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with compute performance or network latency, you may request a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of service activation.
2. Dedicated Bare Metal Servers
Due to hardware provisioning, racking, custom OS installation, and dedicated IP routing costs, Bare Metal Dedicated Servers are non-refundable once the physical server has been racked and delivery credentials have been dispatched.
3. Managed Services & Consulting
Engineering time, AWS architectural audits, custom migration labor, and hourly systems administration are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Acceptable Use Violations
Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (such as DDoS origination, phishing, outbound spam, or illegal activities) are strictly ineligible for refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our policy, submit a ticket through our Support Desk or email billing@slikweb.com with your invoice number and server IP address.
