1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing services provided by SlikWeb ("SlikWeb", "we", "us", or "our"), including Cloud Servers, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Bare Metal Servers, and Managed Cloud solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Provisioning & Service Access
SlikWeb grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access provisioned compute resources. You maintain full administrative/root responsibility for software deployed inside your isolated virtual or bare metal environments.
3. Payment & Billing Terms
Services are billed in advance on an hourly or monthly recurring cycle. All pricing is stated in USD. SlikWeb does not bill unmetered surprise data egress penalties beyond configured plan thresholds.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use SlikWeb infrastructure for denial-of-service (DDoS) origination, unauthorized port scanning, malware distribution, phishing, crypto mining on shared vCPU nodes, or unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SlikWeb be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware maintenance or force majeure events beyond standard SLA service credit guarantees.
